Good career opportunities. South Geeks has really good clients in the US. There's even been cases where outstading devs have gone from South Geeks to work directly as part of the client staff. I know most companies would probably discourage that or maybe even not allowing it altogether. You are paid on the first or second day of the month, for every minute worked!Last but not least, really nice and supporting people from the CEO and COO to recruiters, managers and other devs that I've worked with. Almost all other standard benefits exist, i.e. PTO, english classes, courses discounts, etc. As a note, the english instructor is really good."
