Agents and Us

We didn't set out to fall in love with AI agents.

It started innocently enough—someone mentioning how cool it would be if we could automate that tedious weekly task. Then came late-night Slack conversations about "what if we could build something that actually helps?" Before we knew it, our team was deep in experimentation mode, building agents like kids with a new set of LEGOs.

One of the things that has genuinely kept us buzzing with excitement in 2025 has been diving headfirst into AI tools and watching our homegrown agents come to life. What began as "let's see if this works" has transformed how we actually work—and honestly, we're a bit obsessed.

We wanted to share some of the agents we've built (and are still tinkering with) because, well, maybe you're dealing with the same daily frustrations we were. And if our experiments can save you some time or spark an idea, that feels pretty good to us.

(Quick note: Our engineers and technical teams have their own arsenal of agents—that's a whole other love story for another post. These ones are all about making operations and daily workflows for our staff smoother.)

Industry Intelligence & Business Development

• An agent that monitors industry events, analyzes their relevance to our company, and delivers reports on which events to attend, timing, and costs
• An agent that tracks our clients' weekly LinkedIn activity, surfacing highlights and identifying their top-performing content for strategic engagement

Talent Operations

• An agent that transforms messy intake call transcripts into clean, structured job opening forms
• An agent that drafts candidate assessments by weaving together CV data, LinkedIn insights, and interview notes into coherent profiles
• An agent that delivers pre-interview intelligence briefings—candidate backgrounds, recent activity, and those subtle red flags we might miss
• An agent that handles the interview reminder dance (and follows up for feedback when clients go radio silent)

People Support

• An agent that catches time-off notifications and automatically loops in the right client managers
• An agent that turns scattered meeting notes into crisp summaries and suggests thoughtful follow-up questions
• An agent that manages those company-wide semi-annual processes everyone loves to forget about (sending reminders via email and Slack before panic sets in)

Financial Operations

• An agent that imports supplier invoices and loads them directly into our ERP system—no more manual data entry marathons
• An agent that generates and dispatches weekly/monthly timesheets to clients like clockwork

Here's the thing that caught us off guard: it's not really about the automation. It's about reclaiming those hours we used to burn on repetitive tasks and redirecting that energy toward work that actually lights us up—the strategic thinking, the creative problem-solving, the conversations that move things forward.

Our team went from "ugh, I have to do this again" to "wait, what if we taught an agent to handle this?" That shift in mindset has been everything.
